"No AC, they had given a portable tiny ac which wasn't enough to cool the room. Housekeeping do not speak English atall. The reservation desk lady had the most attitude and of least help when we approached about ac and room not being cleaned. Never booking here!!"

"Lovely hotel in great location for the beach and restaurants and shops . Breakfast was great a huge choice of food. We’re experiencing a storm before we head to the airport and the hotel has extended our room check out time to assist us . Staff are very friendly and professional. The garden area is pretty . "

"Everything was okay. The issue was horrible WiFi and lack of phone service. The other issue was the lack of parking after 10pm. "

"I paid $838 for two nights and breakfast for two. The place is a little dated but clean overall. I was disappointed that breakfast was an extra fee along with the beach chairs and umbrellas. The hot tub was full of kids at all times so I didn't get a chance to enjoy it. "

"Pools are kids size, no adults pool. Great hotel rooms, especially for families with kids and you plan to go out of resort. Very clean. Booking for surfing, be careful! If it rains, they close it and give you a rain check and tell you can get credit/refund but unable to process it. No responses from emails given by front desk too. "
