"Lovely hotel easy to get to from airport & very central to getting round krakow .Room was lovely very clean with everything you needed .Had a lovely meal via room service on first night & very good price .Was very quiet to although was very central .Another plus was the superb shopping centre literally 100 yards away .Would highly recommend thank you "

"The staff at Puro,are extremely helpful, in fact they're one of the best,that i have met on my travels! Irmina,Weronika,Ola,Ewa,couldn't do enough to make our stay smoother. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is excellent, just steps from the Main Square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków, especially in winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to offer recommendations or answer questions about the city. We had a beautiful deluxe room which was quite spacious, with a very comfortable king bed that made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing... and we really appreciated being allocated a walk-in shower as requested. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and the prosecco was a lovely touch! Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel, we would happily stay again and highly recommend it."

"The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel."
