The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.

The location was perfect as was the accommodation, very well maintained property. The nightlife was loud and clear and early in the morning there was construction. We were also able to leave our luggage as we had a later flight without any charge which was a bonus.

Had a wonderful stay with family. Apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Location was perfect! For the most part, it was quiet, however the last night some grown intoxicated men stayed up until 2am or so, cursing while what sounded like watching a movie in the lobby area.

The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of four. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the main square in old town Krakow. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Staff was helpful in getting us oriented in locating grocery stores nearby on our first day. They even printed off boarding passes for us when our airline wanted hard copy boarding passes. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would definitely visit and stay at Ermine Suites again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Ermine Suites. Joanna was excellent at communicating before and during our stay. Our apartment was exactly how we’d expected with everything we needed, two lovely sized bedrooms and a comfortable living area. We were lucky enough to have an apartment overlooking the square which was wonderful. Just a stones throw away from the Old Town and lovely restaurants just outside the door! It also felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow.

What an amazing experience! We really appreciated the communication with the hotel from the moment we reserved our room until our last day of stay in it. Very nice apartment , great for family stay

Perfect location , middle of old town , very nice reception staff , very welcoming and always available for any question you might have. Small amenities kit for kids which is great , big family rooms , clean , with all you need. The room we was big and very convenient for family staying , but there were some required fixes , the fact that there are many visitors in this property , the room should be more maintained (stains on the sofa , paint on the wall) , besides that, all was perfect.

My family and I stayed at the Ermine Suites for seven nights. It was a fantastic place. One step out of the property, you will discover a new world of Krakow. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all a few seconds from the property. More interestingly, the Main Square of the Old Town is just a three-minute walk from the property. The property Manager Joanna was amiable and a great help to us. We will definitely stay in the same place again hopefully next year.
