Great apartment and great location.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. Lots of great pubs, restaurants and convenience shops on the doorstep. Adrian was very efficient, accomodating and friendly. Public transport nearby 700m to main train station. €3 per person each way to airport.

The unit I was assigned was not the one represented in the confirmation email and did not have the amenities described. It was tiny - half the size described. It had a little fridge that barely worked and was under the counter There was also a two-burner cooktop. That was the extent of the kitchen. The confirmation I received listed a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, espresso maker in a 216 sq. ft. unit. The worst part was that it was on the 3rd floor (4th for Americans) with no elevator. It was clean, inexpensive with decent wifi, a comfortable bed and good shower. And the location is very good. The building itself is old, dirty and disgusting. Finally, the manager, Adrian was very difficult to deal with and provided very little assistance. He blamed the misinformation on Hotels.com/Expedia.

Amazing Accommodations!!! Over and beyond my expectations👍👍 I gladly would stay indefinitely -long term 😊 The Staff was extremely attentive to any of my needs or issues, superb customer service over all!! The location was perfect , short walking distance to all attractions , restaurants and stores. The Apartments are fully equipped with kitchen facilities and even a washing machine👍 I definitely will stay there again while visiting Krakow, I don’t have to look anywhere else! The facility is more like Airbnb not a ordinary hotel. So you can enjoy the city like residence. Location/logistics are also great. One drawback is the noise. The facility has night club. So you hear some noise.

Så bra lägenhet. Vi blev uppmötta kl 11:15 i entrén och fick ställa in våra väskor, trots att incheck inte var förrän kl 14 egentligen. Adrian svarar på sms vid frågor och hjälpte till att boka transfer till och från flygplatsen. Och bara det att det finns en tvättmaskin i lägenheten. Och en kaffepresso och kaffe i skåpet. Stort kylskåp. Hårtork och strykjärn. Stort rymligt rum, vi bodde i suite. Fint inrett med snygga detaljer, jättefräscht verkligen! Vi kommer absolut återvända till denna lägenhet nästa gång vi ska till Krakow! Enda man ska veta dock, är att det kan vara lite störande ljud från gatan, ligger lite pubar under och på gatan, och på helgen är det en del party. Detta störde inte oss märkbart dock, men det tåls att nämnas om man är lättväckt. Vi är helnöjda, så trevligt på alla sätt. Läget är helt perfekt, tar en minut till stora torget, och är gångavstånd till allt man vill se och upptäcka! Tio av tio!

Nightclub opened up on the saturday, drilling and bangingsetting it up all week, friday was booing till 4.30 am, no sleep night before flying home, real shame as adrian was great and the property very good, white cub definately not good

Great location in the city center, close to the Old Market Square and all the tourist attractions, but in a quiet and charming street. Great contact with the service and the owner, very professional approach to the client.The apartment was really beautiful and spacious, kept perfectly clean. 100% recommendation.

Very good appartment,value for money!

Very nice appartment, clean, spacious and in very good location! The only bad thing is that it has no heavy curtains so the sun could wake you up in 6 in the morning!

Excellent location! Close to the center and main attractions. The only negative was the noise at night from the night club downstairs. My children had difficulties with sleeping due to the noise. I would not recommend this place to a family with small children.

空調、冷蔵庫、キッチンつき。 中央駅から近い（徒歩圏）。トラムバス使う必要なし。有名な広場もすぐ近く。 ただ泊まるところとレセプションが同じ場所じゃないので、つく時間を厳密に事前に伝えるか、現地でコンタクトを取る必要あり。私の場合は、到着した瞬間電話があり、すぐにスタッフが来てくれたので問題ありませんでした。

Apartament ul. Św. Marka 25

Apartament w rewelacyjnym miejscu, blisko dworca, parę kroków od Sukiennic - a mimo takiego położenia bardzo cichy. Uwaga - do mieszkania prowadzi 75 schodków, bo to 3 piętro - moje dzieciaki miały frajdę z liczenia i wspinania się na górę, ale dla osób z gorszą kondycją raczej nie polecam :) Sam apartament czysty, wygodny, przyjemnie urządzony (część mebli stylizowanych na antyki), wszystko nowe i niezniszczone. Klimatyzacja działa świetnie, ale nawet w czasie upałów w mieszkaniu jest przyjemna temperatura, więc nie korzystaliśmy. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne, jest też dodatkowa pościel i ręczniki, butelkowana woda i nawet parasol (na szczęście pogodę mieliśmy świetną). Obsługa przemiła, doskonały kontakt, bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i wykwaterowanie (mogliśmy zostawić bagaż w apartamencie troszkę dłużej, do odjazdu pociągu). Reasumując - jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Happy Canadian family.

An excellent apartment. It is in old town very close to the central plaza and St. Mary's Cathedral. About a 10 minute walk to where the buses pick up guests for trips to Auschwitz or the Salt Mines. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. A small grocery around the corner, and a lovely deli in the main square (about 5 minutes away). The bedrooms are fantastic with lovely period furniture. Very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen sitting area is perfect for breakfast and making lunch (might be a bit of a stretch for a supper for more than 2 people...take advantage of the fantastic restaurants and cheap prices). Krystofer is a great host and immediately accessible.
