"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."
"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, nice updated rooms, fabulous breakfast, love the eggs benedict, and the crepes suzette for dessert made tableside was amazing."
"Excellent
We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine"
"We visited the area from America. I came with a family of 4. My wife.. 2 teen girls and myself. Found this apartment online and was very nice. Very modern and clean ..right in the heart of the center. Balcony was a plus to see around and to relax .. had AC which was controlled in each room which was very nice as well. Bathroom was as big as the bedrooms! Would def recommend. "

"Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)"
"I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. It’s also next to a large mall if you want to do some shopping. The rooms are well equipped in everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and really well designed. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and all the food was really tasty; one of the best. Overall an excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Krakow."

10/10 Excellent
"This was an amazing hotel. Far enough from the town centre that it was quiet, but still just a 5 minute walk to all the action. 8 minutes away from the main train station and mall by foot. Staff was extremely kind, courteous and helpful. I am already planning on returning to this same hotel next year. Highly recommend. "
"Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, the continental style breakfast was good, hotel is well located. Overall experience, excellent, would highly recommend "
