ótimo hotel pé na areia

O hotel é pé na areia e a praia é linda! O serviço de praia foi bom quando atendidos por brasileiros (os dois argentinos que pedimos auxilio com cadeiras e guarda-sol foram antipáticos e pouco atenciosos). O café da manhã é bom, mas perto do horário de encerramento (próximo de 20 min antes de terminar), não repõe comidas que não tem mais.

El cuarto deluxe necesitaba algunos arreglos, como pintura en ventanas, cambio de puerta ventana a jardin(era n 2 hojas diferentes, 1 se superponia sobre la otra y estaban flojas, haciendo mucho ruido cuando habia viento). El colchon un poco dura y las almohadas muy duras. Solo q mesa de luz en el cuarto. El desayuno bien, pero no tenia tostadora. El vestidor tenia la tecla de luz con los cables expuestos a la vista, muy rudimentario. Las toallas de playa un poco pasadas de uso.

Decadente

A grande vantagem do hotel é ser a beira mar de Lagoinha, porém o hotel como um todo, desde a estrutura ao atendimento, está bem decadente para o preço que é cobrado. Os quartos precisariam de uma reforma. Achei incoerente ter que avisar se quer a limpeza. Não tem serviço de praia (bebidas e lanches e faz falta). IO hotel disponibiliza cadeiras, toalhas e quarta sol, porém se chegar tarde na praia não tem. Um absurdo pois deveriam contar com a capacidade. O atendimento do staff em geral foi por diversas situações falho e com má vontade. O café da manhã é um dos pontos altos, tudo muito bom.

Bangalôs standard muito antigos com torneiras e frigobar apresentando ferrugem, piso com desnível etc enfim seria necessário que sofresse uma reforma; pelo alto preço cobrado não atende as expectativas e na verdade este hotel deveria ser categorizado como pousada.

Localização ótima, de frente para a praia. Instalações perfeitas, as cabanas standart são lindas, com vista para um lindo gramado arborizado. A única coisa que fez falta foi um serviço de alimentação no local, ao menos uma opção de café da tarde.

Excelente lugar

Local muito bom. Apto com tudo necessário para uma hospedagem confortável. Localização na beira da praia que faz toda diferença. Serviço de cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia muito bom e cordial. Meus dois pontos de atenção são: preencher a mão uma ficha no checkin já é muito ultrapassado, principalmente quando a reserva já é feita online. E perguntar 3 vezes pra pessoa no café da manhã qual o quarto dela parece desconfiar de que esteja realmente hospedado, mesmo que todos estejam usando as pulseiras do hotel. Atendimento no serviço de café da manhã pode ser muito mais cordial.

agoinha é tudo de bom

Localizado num local muito privilegiado, na beira da praia de Lagoinha, o hotel tem uma jardinagem primorosa. Os quartos são rústicos, mas amplos e confortáveis. Os funcionários atenciosos. Agora com a pandemia, o café da manhã é servido no quarto e é bem simples. E ainda por cima temos que lavar toda louça , caso contrário, não tem louça limpa no próximo café da manhã ! A internet é bem fraquinha também.

Maravilloso hotel y atencion

Realmente recomendable el hotel para ir en familia con niños pequeños. Cabaña bien equipada con microondas grill lo unico es que las camas para los niños son para niños pequeños hasta 10 creo yo. (Nuestros 5 y 3). Todo el personal muy atento y amable. El acceso al mar lo mejor, entregan toallas y tienen sillas y quitasoles listos para disfrutar la mejor playa de brasil para niños. Nos encanto todo. Desayuno bueno no varia mucho pero cumple con jugos naturales, quesos y cafe de grano. Tiene un kid’s club de 10-22 hrs con muchas actividades para niños desde 4 años. Tambien tiene cancha de tenis y paddle

O lugar é maravilhoso e o atendimento também. Restaurante com poucos pratos, mas todos muito bons. As cabanas que ainda não foram reformadas estão iguais ao que eram 10 anos atrás. Mesmo considerando que se trata de um ambiente rústico, recomendo que o hospede seja expresso quanto à escolha dos apartamentos que já foram atualizados. De qualquer forma, ainda me encanto com o lugar.

Positivo: Localização e atendimento dos funcionários quando disponíveis. Negativo: Falta de funcionários, quarto necessita de reformas urgentes, grama alta, o restaurante não serve refeições a partir das 16:00h, café da manhã simples, e com demora para reposição, não tem garçom para a praia.
