Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC.

The place overall was just ok. It’s in a good close location to major points of Florence. I didn’t find it particularly clean we found hairs on pillows and on the sheets. Rooms are configured differently and our bathroom was downstairs in a basement space that was accessed via common stairs. It was spacious and clean with a jetted tub. None of that seems evident in the posting. Also not sure what they mean by listing breakfast as an amenity. The site is not staffed and check in was was multi step process. Likely won’t pick this place if I return to Florence.

Location excellent. No safe in the room. No plug in the sink. Sliding door of wardrobe kept falling off runner. Difficult to get in first door of building. Had to ring a number and heard something recorded in Italian, but still couldn’t access first door. Luckily managed to follow a resident inside and then the access was fine.

This “accommodation” rating is below a 2 star hostel. So much potential but the condition it is now is poor. Stains on blankets in closet, Coffee or liquor stains on walls at night table. Shower overflowed but we managed to keep it under control. Absolutely no support if using a CAN cell w eSIM. Can’t dial out. Should be noted in their ad.

This was not a great place to stay, very dirty shoeprints on ceiling totally worn out not at all what was on photos. Wifi did not work, there is a sculpture class and rave literally 5 feet outside the window, barely any hot water and no staff to help. When we ran out of toilet paper there was none either. This is a catfish hotel, never again!

My phone this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at due to the customer service or maybe lack thereof of a customer service and more. Just a service. Everything I reported, I was asked to prove from the lack of amenities to the fact the bathroom had no soap in it. Obviously not been cleaned since the toilet was dirty upon arrival. I would never stay here again for the price as you are overpaying. There are other locations in the area that are most likely cleaner and more convenient. The check-in location is 10 minutes away from your actual hotel where if you don't arrive in that 4-Hour window then you have to pay an extra 30. And the fact I can send screenshots of the amenities I was told I was going to receive and then say we still don't provide those. Sorry and not received anything from the hotel left me flabbergasted. In my room for two people I only received one cup to drink out of. It's the little things like this that lets me know that they are in it or the money. It almost seems like a scam at the end of the day since there's no ventilation in the bathrooms either

Odeur de moisi nous avons du parfumer la chambre et les salles de bains. De plus, la salle de bain n’est pas dans la chambre elle est séparé et en bas de la chambre donc pendant la nuit il faut prendre des escaliers pour se rendre aux toilettes si nous avons une envie. Ensuite il y avait des sans abris et des gens qui se droguais et buvait des 21h devant la porte d’entrée ce qui était délicat pour nous. Nous ne recommencerons pas d’autres visite à cette endroit et nous ne le recommandons pas

It is a disgrace that you put this on your site without warning. There is no check in even though the paperwork said it was from 2pm to 7pm. I took a taxi from airport and got there at 6.45pm.a message said you had to go to,another place check in. If my sister had not gone earlier in the day I would have gotten no keys. The instructions of how to get in were terrible. After front door there were no names for the doors to use the second key.i tried every door and walked 56 stairs,three flights. I finally found some girls to help find a door that the key fitted. Finally we got into a door and then a corridor and third door inside had a name. I was about to give up. I will never use your site again. The room was fine but whoever manages it is horrendous and it is false advertising by orbitz as it is a room that is air B and B .i expected a room iin a place with a check in on site. Disgraceful.

A recepção do hotel não é no mesmo local dos quartos, isso foi um problema quando chegamos na cidade... E isso pode dificultar em algumas outras situações também, como não ter possibilidade de ter o café da manhã e não conseguir solicitar nenhuma ajuda caso precise... Mas a localização e muito boa e o quarto é bem espaçoso e bastante confortável.

Chambre au calme, et très bien placée pour visiter le centre historique de Florence.Nous avons vraiment apprécié ces critères. Accueil agréable; juste savoir qu'il faut aller chercher les clefs dans le bureau de l'agence, qui est à 10 minutes à pieds, et ferme entre 12h30 et 14h.
