Best included breakfast during November 2025 trip to Italy. Helpful staff. Nice main floor lounge. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.Tiny shower that needs soap tray. Good water pressure & hot water. Old but very pleasant. Excellent location in city center near train station.

The hotel is very close to Santa Maria Novella station - perfect for those having to use the train. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area around the hotel is also safe at night. Food options and bars are never a worry - so much to choose rrom. I would stay at this hotel again!

Great little place in the heart of the old city. Access to the room took a few short stair runs. Bed was very firm, harder than we are used to. Absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful and supportive.

A great place to unwind at the end of the day!

This is a very nice hotel, very convenient to all the sites and restaurants that Florence has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower head was cracked, making for a messy bathroom.

Centrally located hotel

At arrival we were met by a very helpful receptionist. The hotel is old and a bit worn, but quite okay. We got a small room with a balcony as per my wife's wishes. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was very good. 5-6 minutes from the train station and a litt of the "must see" things were in walking distance. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The shower had nice hot water, which was very refreshing. The only downside was that it got a bit noisy at night, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Pleasant 3 star hotel, less than 100 metres from the underpass to SMN station and minutes from the main sights. Hotel needs modernisation, but is very well priced for Florence. Staff very nice. There's a lack of storage space in the bedrooms and the breakfast was a bit grim - unless you like a lot of sugary foods.
