The lower level had a bad smell of sewage. The room was clean, but I didn’t like that the shower stall was in the room in full view of the other guest. The room was meant for a couple. I don’t feel comfortable showering in front of family/friends. The breakfast was very good and the view in the breakfast room was nice. The ac is ice cold, so cold I had to turn it down.

Great stay for two nights

Location is within a few minutes of Ponte Vecchio bridge, duomos, food places and other attractions. Room was quite large and very clean, separate shower and toilet. The shower location was a bit strange as it was in front of the bed, with sliding glass door, and not suitable for a family. But everything else was excellent.

Sensacional!

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. Sua localização é maravilhosa, atendimento super especial. Deixamos nossas malas antes do checkin para serem guardadas por eles enquanto percorríamos os pontos turísticos da cidade. No checkout o mesmo atendimento. O café da manhã no terraço é estupendo com vista direta para o Duomo. Cama excelente, banheiro poderia ser maior! Se voltar a Firenze certamente ficaremos neste hotel. Muito obrigado pela acolhida!

Rent og velholdt hotell midt i kjernen av firenze. Eneste å utsette er at de skulle hadd en baggasjevekt tilgjengelig samt isbiter tilgjengelig i sommervarmen. Foruten det veldig bra hotell med rene rom, hyggelig og service innstilt betjening og veldig bra plassering.
