We booked this hotel last minute and were really happy with our choice. The front desk staff were so kind and super helpful from the moment we checked in. Our room was beautiful - high ceilings with a painted design, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a clean bathroom with warm water and good water pressure. It even had a large soaking tub, which is pretty rare in Italy and felt like such a nice bonus after long days of walking around the city. The building itself is old in the best way. It's full of character, well cared for, and very charming. The location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot, with plenty of sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Love this hotel! The location couldn't be any better, everything is right outside the front door. Our room was updated and decorated beautifully, big enough for the 3 of us and our 6 pieces of luggage, so clean AND we had the best view of the Duomo outside our window! Beautiful hotel with fabulous friendly staff

I was on a 5 night solo trip & the staff could not have made me feel more welcome. As it is a small hotel you receive a personal touch. It was my birthday while there & my son & his partner arranged via Giulia beautiful flowers & champagne to be delivered to my room. Nothing was too much. It’s also in a perfect location central to everything as well as very beautiful.
