"Amazing comfortable bed with firm but supportive mattress! Super quiet neighbourhood. Right by the Arboretum gardens of the Château. 5 minute walk to Tesse boulangerie. Bagnoles lac and restaurants 20 mins walk away. New Voie verte now connects with La Ferté-Macé giving nearly level route there....roughly 30-40 mins cycle depends how fast you go. And you could easily cycle onto Briouze and catch a train to Paris! Apartment is well equipped with good kitchen if you want to self cater. Nice little...

"It was difficult to find from the map given. We went to the wrong place initially. The restaurant was fully booked so we were told to go back to town and look. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. No stores nearby. Therapy pool was modern and enjoyable with many water jet features. Location in a wooded area was beautiful and relaxing. "Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal.
