"A sweet little cottage in a wonderful location for cycling and walking. Bird-lovers would enjoy the number of red kites flying about. The local pub was only a few minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend to others."

"We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. "Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue."

"It was such fun to stay at the Gatehouse! There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet with stores within 5-10 minutes of driving. We were 10 minutes from Windsor castle and 15 minutes from the train we took into London. Leslie was WONDERFUL!!! It was so fun to meet her. My daughter says to tell everyone that the dog and chickens are sweet. :)"

"The cottage was just perfect for a do nothing weekend. We have an elderly dog who loved the spacious garden and meadow. "The surroundings were wonderful and the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that a hot tub was advertised but was non existent which was a huge misrepresentation by Vrbo on the property details. It was one of the considerations when we booked the property We have requested an explanation from Vrbo but so far nothing is forthcoming (22.5.24)"

"The house was well presented and ideal for a stay in Henley, with lots of thoughtful touches and being just a short walk to the town centre and the river. There are also plenty of places to visit locally. We were mostly able to find parking within a few minutes walk of the property so wasn’t an issue. Manager was very helpful and responsive. The stairs to the bedroom are not many but are narrow and very steep, almost a ladder, which may be difficult for those with mobility problems. I was there...

"This is a perfect place to relax and unwind if you're looking for peace and gorgeous farmland. Lots of footpaths nearby, including a nature preserve. A car is necessary to get to nearby attractions like Stonor Park or Waddeston but it would be possible to spend a long weekend here and walk to a nearby pub or creamery that makes decision cheese. Lots of farm stands too, to stock up on locally raised produce. We used the kitchen a lot and found it adequate for all our needs. The family is lovely...
