"My stay at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai was very pleasant thanks to its convenient location close to major attractions and shopping areas. The staff was excellent—exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. While the Deluxe Suite was spacious and comfortable, the décor felt slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Overall, it was a good stay with outstanding service and an unbeatable location."

"All ammenties and services were great. love the indoor pool. i lose my luggage key on the first leg of my trip there and they immediately retrieved it for me on my second leg when I asked about it. "

"Breakfast had a large variety of options, asian and western. Property was beside a metro station which made getting around the city easy. The Bund was a short walk and so was Nanjing Rd. The shopping area to the north on Huahai Rd was a 10 minute walk. Definitely a great location. Staff was excellent, very helpful."

"Everything was perfect. Firstly the room. The views absolutely incredible. We could not sleep for hours just looking out at hoth the Pearl oriental and Shanghai tower. The room was huge along with beautiful bathroom with equally great views. The location of JW marriott is excellent. Subway station at peoples square 5 minute walk away. Along with easy acces to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly and professional. They really took pride in providing a high standard of service. "
