The property is located on the front line of a quiet and gated community ‘Panoramic Beach Resort’, offering spectacular views of the Finestrat skyline, the tourist resort of Benidorm, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Puig Campana mountain with the ‘Ruta Kilómetro Vertical del Puig Campana’ in Finestrat. There is one free private parking space (house number 3E) in front of the holiday home, as well as access to the communal outdoor pool with children’s pool, located approximately 40m from the property within the resort. It is a welcoming villa where guests immediately feel at home, with all essential facilities nearby and within easy reach of Benidorm Centre. The unique peaceful location in a lively region ensures a wonderful holiday stay for families, small groups, and couples.
