"We stayed here in order to be close to the Auditorium for our concert. The price is great, but you get what you pay for. It was very average, which isn't a bad thing necessarily. My only big comlaint is the lack of individualized climate control. There is a unit and you are at the mercy of whatever the Manager decides to be a good temperature to pump out to all rooms. Per my son the room was "unbearably hot" and you can't open any of the windows. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Next time I may check out the Travelodge."

"Hotel was close to the Mile and attractions. Facilities in good condition, somewhat aged, Do no expect an impressive an inviting Lobby and Lounge. Side Bar was expensive for what it offered. Space was clean and staff attentive. Suite was of OK dimensions. Room TV's were old but functional. Shower Hot water took 3-4 mins to get to temperature. Amenities: there is large mini market accross the street which offers licquor, beverages, sandwiches, etc at a more reasonable price. Overall, and judging by the Expedia Rating Stars, I was expecting a more top 95% hotel."

"I've stayed here several times, and this is my go to place in Chicago. We had some slight issues this time with valet, but it really seemed it was a specific employee rather than the system as a whole. We've never had problems in the past and have had great experiences."

"This property is a bit dated and needs a facelift…which it’s getting!! So there’s construction workers talking in the hall in the am, sporadic TV service, no hot water/water pressure, and little furniture. BUT…it’s the greatest location ever! The staff is helpful and the hotel is walkable…Dunkin and CVS are a block or two away. It’s downtown in the Printers’ Row, a hip hotbed of lofts and trendy coffee bars. It’s also super close to all the parks, Michigan Avenue, buses, and the El. You can take the blue or red line here from the airport and save a ton of $$$. Location is everything!! There’s also a wonderful Thai restaurant and comfort food diner…both right off the lobby. Very helpful!!"
