Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Heidi hat mir vorab alle wichtigen Fragen beantwortet, sodass wir auch noch spätabends einchecken konnten. Jederzeit gerne wieder 👍"

"Very nice resort, clean room. Located in a beautiful town, near the lake and mountains. Close to train station so it was convenient for us. Unfortunately the reception staff is not friendly and welcoming. You literally have to beg for any information. No smiling no desire to communicate. Seems they are suffering at work and hate what they do. Resort is super nice but people cold and rude. "

"Great location, great breakfast buffet and clean. The hotel provides slippers, shampoo, etc. Great location with good views. We stayed here for two nights. Definitely worth our money!! Did not regret paying a little more for such good views every morning!!"
