"It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time. There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say "oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office." Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times. We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available. Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason."

"Very good hotel with excellent entertainment disappointing though when the football was no they canceled the kids club which started late think they could have had the football inside TV and so the kids could play outside and have their club which started late "

"The hotel has many five-star qualities, especially the Moroccan and Mediterranean restaurants and entertainment which are excellent. Unfortunately, the start of our holiday was spoiled by a rude and unprofessional male receptionist who mishandled an issue with our booking. Thankfully, Douae at reception stepped in and resolved it with professionalism. Management needs to recognise her excellent service and take proper action regarding the individual on reception, as first impressions are vital.my holiday was spoiled after arguing in front of my kids which could have been handled better by the male individual first impressions count. There are also some concerns that let the five-star standard down: long queues, which should not be an issue at this level, and a lot of flies around the snack area. This was off-putting and definitely put the kids off eating food there, which raises hygiene concerns."

"The location was great. However, the management need to work on dining options for kids such as tacos, cheeseburgers etc. Serving just pizza is not enough. The bathrooms in the snack restaurant were disgusting. I don't think this hotel deserve a 5 star. As result. I will not be going back or recommending this hotel to my friends."

"The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late night. "
