"Great location and nice property, almost 1/2 acre! Only issue was the front door would not lock, and maintenance never came out to fix it after I called them. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs mattress was super cheap and had a spring about to show."

"The place was tastefully decorated with the little patio that we enjoyed wine and snacks in the evening. Very quiet area but minutes away from Monticeto in Summerland. Just off the cruise is easy access to get anywhere you want to go. My dog Charlie especially enjoyed the patio as there was a great area for him to enjoy the sun!"

"Great beach views, good communication, close to everything we enjoy. Ate at Miramars Caruso, shopped in Montecito, and wildlife abundant. The kitchen was perfect. The bed really comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Shower was perfect. We shall return soon."
