"The room wasn't big but the bed was comfortable. Parking was very convenient, the beach was a 5 minute walk away. Their breakfast basket was so thoughtful. I didn't use the pool but the pool area looked nice. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again."

"A great beachfront location for a family vacation! We walked to the zoo, beach, historic pier & various excellent dining options. The only need for driving was to visit the botanic garden! The large pool is very accessible although the cafe near the pool was not open. We did put she's pool toys & snacks at the hotel gift shop. Parking is close to the main building & the breakfast buffet had a great variety perfect for the different preferences of our extended family, an A plus to the Hilton SB Beachfront Resort!"

"Room was small but efficient, great interior furnishings. There was a fridge (mini bar not free), but free coffee and tea (good quality stuff too), kettle for boiling water. Plenty of cups. Nice large bathroom. Big open lobby with a little coffee/drink bar. My room faced courtyard so no street noise. Dogs and children were allowed, so very family oriented. It's in the middle of everything, so a 15 minute walk to the top of State, and a 15 minute walk to the harbor. Every intention of staying again. "

"Hotel is on the older side and rooms are laid out in a strange fashion. No restaurant on site any longer, it was replaced with a bar. Overall in a great location."

"Favorite value hotel in the area. Have stayed there many times and hope to return again. Rooms small but beds comfortable. Location is the best. Nice to have pool. Prefer rooms that face pool as not so dark and don't face parking lot. "

"This was the perfect house to host my family and I as we all travelled in from out of town for my wedding. We had two kids with us and they loved being able to run around in the backyard. The house was well stocked and had enough towels/linens for everyone including the room with the pull out couch. The grill was nice as well and we were able to use it during our first night there to cook steaks. The house is located near restaurants and stores so that was very convenient. It is near train tracks so we heard the train in the morning and there was also construction going on right by the house during the weekdays so we heard that as well. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for big families (just be aware that there might still be noise from construction work). "

"I had a wonderful girl's weekend here. The location is truly unbeatable! I was also surprised that the place felt much larger than the photos show, and the back patio in the cover photo has been completely redesigned. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and hope to get the opportunity to stay again some time!"
