I would definitely recommend prepaying for the breakfast buffet when selecting your room. The buffet was huge, with a large selection of hot and cold food as well as espresso machines."

"Check in was good. I asked for a low room and was given one. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a snack of paninis which were good. The room was small and appeared clean and tidy but there were areas eg next to the bed, staining on the walls , that needed more attention. The bed sheet nowhere near fitted, about 8 or so inches short. There were snacks in a machine which we didn't use..£3 for a small Aero? All in all, a good cheap place to stay, convenient to Heathrow airport"
