"The suites with lofts and kitchenettes are exceptional, especially for families. They are roomy, comfortable and feel like you're at home. The exterior if the hotel and common area are a bit wirn and tired. Vegetarian and vegan options should be offered at breakfast. One of our party is vegan and ate only potatoes for 4 days. Dining and housekeeping staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the ones that cleaned our room could have done a bit better. For example, it seemed used floss escaped to the floor from the waste bin when being emptied and was left there. Reception staff were okay, but our check-in clerk was borderline rude."
