"Our 2-night stay was good overall. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. One thing I noticed during our stay in Victoria is that some hotels charge an additional parking fee. I was surprised that parking here was CAD $26 per night. Considering that the room rate is already quite expensive, it would have been nice if complimentary breakfast or parking was included. Overall, we still had a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"The maids were excellent, and we were lucky enough to get an early check-in. Although when we initially called the hotel to inquire about an early check in, the woman who called us back was not very friendly. The place was quite spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchenette and balcony. The only drawback was at times the room smelled a bit funny. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Victoria."

"The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel's location is great...right along the water and a short walk or water taxi to downtown. We cycled here, so having access to secure bike storage was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day spent walking around Victoria too. The only weird feature, was the placement of the showerhead. As opposed to the usual placement at one end of the tub, the showerhead was right in the middle of the tub, so the water shot straight into the shower curtain. We've stayed at this property before and did not have this issue, only this time (room 409). Having said that, everything else was great and we will be staying here in the future."

"This is an older hotel that has been beautifully maintained and updated. I stayed here 3 years ago and it seemed even more beautiful this stay with the renovated bar and updated adjacent Asian restaurant. Our room was small but very clean and included more amenities than we expected or needed. And you cannot beat the location- you can walk just about everywhere. The one disappointment is how the Yes, it’s pricey but well worth the splurge."
