"Was advertised as luxury accomodation - definately not. Entrance very untidy with overgrown weeds also at rear entrance. Dirty windows. BBQ filthy & unusable which was disappointing & zero furnishings in outdoor area.. Great location but would not book this propery again."

"Lovely place with heaps of character. Communication couldn’t have been better and Jared was a superstar throughout. If you’re looking for a classic Collingwood cottage that’s super close to ‘everything’ Melbourne has to offer you won’t find much better. 5 stars! PS. The Goldy pub and the amazing Milk Bar 200m down the street is an added bonus. "

Nice spacious living area, easy off street parking and the location is a dream being one block back from Smith Street and Tram 86. Great eatery’s nearby and 2 supermarkets. We will be back."
