A welcome lack of signs telling you what to do and staff very low key so we felt free to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Cabin was very clean and everything worked. Very close to town, the river and the surf beach and very close to the excellent cafe and restaurant at the surf club.

The room was spacious and clean. Easy parking and manicured grounds. It was a delightful start to our journey.

Spotless and cosy !!

This place has such an amazing vibe and a wonderfully relaxed tropical feel. We absolutely love it! It's a shame it's not within walking distance of the town centre, but it's just a quick 4-minute drive or a pleasant 22-minute walk away.

Clean and comfortable

I recently spent 5 nights at Invercauld House with my 5 year old daughter. Being my home town, I knew the area well but I had never heard of this hidden gem of Lismore! Absolutely loved our stay here, in this private leafy grand motel room. The trees and grounds are meticulously maintained, it was cool and welcoming, clean and user friendly. The pool is amazing, huge and wonderful we swam nearly every day with a short walk back to our room, past the guest laundry where we threw our towels in the...

I thoroughly felt welcomed and looked after. Lots of little details and kindnesses. Definitely I will book again.

We absolutely loved our room on the top floor with the view of the marina and river. So comfortable having a separate bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. The office manager Casey was so helpful and professional and Sally on reception was a complete delight. So friendly and kind and efficient. We will definitely recommend the Ramada to our family and friends, and would love to return for another holiday here. Thank you also to James the house man who was so...

Lovely heritage property lovely and clean Quiet rooms Friendly owners and helpful staff Across the road from the RSL Easy walk into CBD

I was so impressed with the service we received from Lorraine Firstly she rang us on the morning we were to check in to ask us what time they could expect us. As we arrived in Ballina early we ask her what time we could check in as we were filling in time until then and we told her that as it was only 10.30am. She said she would ring us when room was ready. Half an hour later she rang and said our room was ready for us and we could book in when we were ready. What service. On arrival we were...

Very comfortable cabin with all amenities and dog friendly. Location is fantastic close to the Shaws Bay Hotel, Beaches and Ballina town center. Will definitely stay here again.

This motel was immaculate. The rooms were unusually large. Beds comfortable and well presented.

Always friendly and helpful on arrival. Rooms are always clean. Rooms are very quiet. I always stay here when in Ballina

a very quiet place with new cabins and facilities a ferry service takes you from Ballina to South Ballina and it runs until 12.15am which made it an enjoyable trip back into Ballina for dinner

The place was everything we was looking for. Quiet, confortable, clean, nice people and good localization. We will be back for sure.

Located across the road from the Richmond river and Woolworths. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, cafes. Local attractions an easy driving distance. Designated parking space. On site swimming pool, access to nearby gym. Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff.
