"A great spot in Evans Head, close to shops and beaches and with safe off-street parking. There are three good sized bedrooms, a washing machine and a secure yard for the dog. Communication with the office staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Love Evans Head. Weather perfect. Locals friendly. Would definitely visit again but stay somewhere else. Issues - Hair on toilet floor (gross), rat & cockroach stations (a turn off), grass long (well overdue for maintenance), noisy building going on from 7am to 4pm daily (hardly contributing to any holiday vibes). "

"The house was lovely.The beds were so comfortable. The house could do with a good bond clean.After receiving emails about how I would be responsible for any extra cleaning, or smoke smells , or dog hair the list went on. My dog does not shed hair she is a poodle cross.I was in edge the whole time about keeping up with all the rules. I left the house 80 percent cleaner than it was when I got there as I always do when I stay anywhere..No I wouldn't stay again at Stayz place.I was asked to report the cleanliness of the property when I arrived. I did not do this. That's either asking for the previous Tennant to cope a bill. The house was expensive enough. Or it was dobbing in a cleaner that has enough work to do. Not impressed. "
