All bookings include free running water consumption, €50 of electrical consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms of the main house and common areas. The apartment has ceiling fans. It also has heating and, in addition, all air conditioners have a heat pump.
