"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"The home itself is lovely and it’s a great location. The property manager was kind and communicative. The only issues we had were that the house was missing a few basics — including hand soap, dish soap — and there was no WiFi. WiFi isn’t listed as an amenity, so it’s our fault for not noticing that, but I think it should be stated more clearly on the listing as we’ve never had WiFi be unavailable at a rental. (It meant we had to incur extra costs on cell data.) Overall would recommend!"

"We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. "Pros: Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool und einer tollen Dachterrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur knapp 3 Kilometer entfernt. Bis zum Airport und ins Zentrum braucht man ca. 15 Min. je nach Verkehr. Der Ansprechpartner in der Villa war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wir konnten bereits eine Stunde früher als geplant den Schlüssel übernehmen. Man muss dran denken genug Bargeld für die Kaution dabei zu haben, aber auch das hat reibungslos geklappt. Cons: Das...
