"The views are even better in person, we went on honeymoon and had an absolutely divine experience. All of the staff was so eager to help us and make sure we had an exceptional stay. It is newly renovated so everything is super new and very clean! We will definitely be coming back!"

"This hotel seems to be a hub for and catering to German travellers. We arrived on a weekend and the hotel felt like it was overbooked! The restaurant is understaffed, and the wait staff there need better customer service training. Being busy and telling your customers politely to wait works … ignoring them for 20 minutes and not looking at them is extremely rude! "The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough.
The luggage storage was helpful.
