Nice hotel close to the beach

Where we were was nice! The room staff were good. Cleaned every day which I didn’t expect! It would have had 5 stars if they only responded to my messages here on the app. 2 messages and no response! Because of this we got busted £75 just for a taxi from the airport!

It was nice, it was a cheap place to stay and it honestly is in a great location! The only downside is the cost of Ubers to and from the airport considering how close it is! Reception were good and room was clean and spacious - no complaints, downside to our room was the TV didn’t work,. The safe had no lock and there was two flat pillows and when I asked for more they didn’t have extras. Other than that it’s a great location, the beach is right infront/behind the hotel and all the restaurants are on the beach so you’ve access to a lot of options

Acceptable, but falls short in many aspects

Rooms are very simple, with old furniture that needs maintenance or replacement. All the furniture had termite holes. When I arrived, the room looked visibly clean, but the trash from the previous guest was still in the bin, and there was hair in the bathtub. That made me question the credibility of the hotel’s cleaning. It’s a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting much, but at least proper cleaning. The light switches above the bed also has problems. The staff helps you with what you ask for, but nothing beyond that.

Great location and that is only positive thing. Reception lady rude, room was awful. Dirty bed sheets, fan outside of window on building making loud noises all night. Shower dirty and overall really disappointed. Asked about breakfast she said no not this hotel but up road but couldn’t give me directions. Lovely location just wouldn’t stay at this hotel again as cleanliness not there.

We did not expect much but everything was really nice! The room is not that new, but very clean and has everything you need for comfortable living. Beach is also 5 minutes away. Will definitely come there again!

Well located, close to the beach, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops. Staff freindly and welcoming. Sandra is a lovely, polite and professional. She also gave me info about taxi and shops. Easy to get in the city centre as the bus stop is just behind the building.

I booked but never made it to stay at the hotel. I had asked about an airport to the hotel by messaging but Bonnie replied. The arrival would have been around 1230am. Over a period of a week I messaged but nothing came from it. When tried to claim insurance x cover don’t want to do anything and spoke to Expedia and they said it was too late even though the booking was still live and I was trying to get something back from it. The hotel i could not say if it was ok or not, I didn’t make it. My guess is if folk put efforts in to starting a hotel up, there’s got to be something good in that and I would imagine it’s fine.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a double room single occupancy but was given a single room that was not fit to keep a dog in. I complained after a very uncomfortable night I was given a different room which while it was better was still poor and it had cockroaches. Even the description on the website was untrue it said a cozy bar it didn’t even have a bar! It needs to be completely renovated or better still demolished. It’s disgusting. I can’t think of one redeeming feature from the wall safe which couldn’t be opened to because it had a light { loose ) fitting in front of it to the greyish paper thin towels everything about this hotel is dreadful! Stay away.

Booked as a cheap couple of nights while in Palma, but the hotel was SO shabby. The beds were the final straw as one mattress was old and lumpy, the other just a piece of foam. Asked the man on reception to help me with an urgent call on his land line and offered to pay, but was met with an unapologetic NO. Only redeeming feature was getting a refund for 2nd night when we couldn’t stay as we needed to sleep!

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a week and can say that "you get what you pay for". We got a room on the 5th floor with a big terrace and a nice view. The room had two single wooden beds (not so comfortable but ok), a tv (which didn't work but we didn't care because we came for the beach (which was 2min away)), also there were lots of cafes and restaurants, shopping. The location is just perfect (bus stops to the centre were very close, we used the Moovit app to see bus schedules). Moreover, there was another single bed in the living room/kitchen, a closet, and a mini fridge. In the bathroom, there was a mini bathtub with a shower. We were glad mostly about everything. We did have some problems with the water heater, but when we asked the receptionist to fix it - they did. We also had some problems connecting to the WiFi but didn't want to bother the staff so used our own data. BONUS One day before our end of the vacation we found out that ALL guests of Amic hotels are allowed to use the pool at another hotel across the street.

Read this before! Good location but bad hotel

The hotel doesn't have cafeteria and swimming pool at its location. Guests need to go to another hotel nearby for breakfast and a swimming pool in another hotel. The elevator was old, the door stopped closing at half way for a moment before started closing entirely and elevated us to another floor. So we used stairs. The door room needs a key to access but doesn't have any lock system! So I believe someone can break in so easily with that door. It also has a safe inside but without a key, key for the safe is 3euro a day from a reception. This is ridiculous. The balcony is dirty and had an access from another room, not private! And again, The balcony door was in very bad condition in clear glass which hardly to open, close or lock from inside the room. Room is not quiet too! Towels were provided but not changed daily obviously. Only 2 tiny sample package of shampoo/shower gel and another 2 tiny bars of soap provided for the whole stay. The bathtub was terrible. The hot water was barely running and hard to control its temperature, once it was suddenly very hot like cooked water and burned me. It came with rain shower which took a minute for the water to come out! The tub was also slightly leaking, so the bathroom was flooded a bit, thus extra towels were needed to dry it. However, the location is very good. It's near the beach with only couple minutes walk, close to a bus stop which can reach the city or an airport easily. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
