"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"Pros: Wir waren 5 Tage mit 3 Kindern und Großeltern in der wunderschönen Finca. Es war genug Platz und die wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Auch die Lage ist super egal ob man nach Alcudia ans Meer oder in die Berge möchte. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war super und sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach...

"Pros: Loved the location Loved the peace Loved the swimming pool Loved being in the centre of the island so most things a half hour drive away Liked the design and fittings Cons: Having no AC in the bedroom meant nights were very hot. The collection and return of the cash deposit is all a bit random and old fashioned. No welcome pack or folder / information provided."

"Pros: Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, ab nachmittags auch sonnig. Man kann vom Standort des Hauses die Stadt Inca perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). Der Pool ist von der Größe eher eine bessere Badewanne und eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist...
