"I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The house is new, clean, and beautifully designed in a modern style. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the dining area is perfect for meals or relaxing with friends or family. There are two cozy bedrooms and even a small yard, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"The property was very modern and impeccably clean. Thoughtfully furnished with very extremely comfortable beds. We had a wondeful stay. Loved the location and the views, and had a great time doing wine tasting in Valle del Gaudalupe. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for a great stay!"

"the web said we could go in at 3pm... JC told me it wasn't ready to wait... he sent a msg that it was almost ready at 5pm that the cleaning crew was almost done. got there at 5:30pm.. no one was there so I went inside and it was all duty... the cleaning lady wasn't even there. contacted JC and he sent msg saying give me a minete. never heard back from him until Saturday when I told him I was out. 7:50pm was when the cleaning lady was done and we could go in. "Very poor communication, different picture on website than in person - different set up."

"Matched the pictures. Hot tub could've been hotter and jets had to be fixed, but otherwise all was up-to-par.They even provided us with firewood for the firepit. Attentive and helpful."

"This is a five star property for sure. The host is very good on communication. The property is very roomy and clean.We came down for the Baja 500 the courtyard had plenty of room foe our two chase trucks and race car, water pressure is good and hot water works!! I recommend this place we will definitely rebook in the future"

"We enjoyed Labios Tintos!! the location and tranquility is great. The place, although small has everything needed to spend days relaxing in the balcony, watching the stars at night or visiting all the vineyards and restaurants around.
