"I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The house is new, clean, and beautifully designed in a modern style. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the dining area is perfect for meals or relaxing with friends or family. There are two cozy bedrooms and even a small yard, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"Very poor communication, different picture on website than in person - different set up."

"Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. "

"Last minute weekend getaway. The house was perfect for our family use. We didn’t really use any of the kitchen items but the fridge worked for us and my son used the microwave with no problem. House had towels for showering and had a washer and dryer. Overall great experience. "

"The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. "Amazing views and quite almost empty beach. The water is warm and clean with very little to disturb you. The house is well equipped and had plenty of towels for sandy feet, very very comfortable mattresses. The area is secluded but just what we were after, close enough to San Felipe and yummy places to eat. Would definitely stay again!"

"Definitely a great place to stay it was clean, beautiful, spacious, organized and we felt welcomed by all staff! we loved it. If you plan on staying here you definitely will not regret or be disappointed. Be sure to stop at the local grocery/ Mercado for oil, Butter, hot sauce, ketchup and seasoning if you plan to cook there. Other than that everything was provided and in great standing. Thank you!"
