"The location and view from the property was gorgeous. The communication with the host was non existent. We arrived at the property around 6:30pm. 2.5 hours after check in was available and we had not received any check in instruction with how to retrieve keys or any information. WiFi was not available as stated in the description. When I informed them about the WiFi they told me to reset the modem in the kitchen. I searched to whole place and never found a modem.
