"Hotel ideally placed, bus stop nearby. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room compact, but plenty of storage space and everything you need in it! Great hotel!"

"The rooms were clean but needed a little maintenance attention, new caulking, broken tiles etc. Some staff were excellent and some didn’t really seem to care much. We asked for a higher floor when checking in and they really dismissed us. We ended up on the 6th floor right by the lifts which was disappointing. "

"Great location - above the Sommerset MRT station and near a few bus stops. The hotel is also surrounded by a few malls with lots of food and shopping options. Room is solidly appointed. Nice view from the pool. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though they messed up during check-in and forgot to request for my signature, so I had to go back to do that."
