The staff were absolutely fabulous. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping were helpful. Our only discomfort was the shared shower/bathtub. Felt unsteady standing in the bathtub to have a shower even with a bath mat. Thank you for making our stay great.

Our room was good. We didn't take the breakfast as we felt it was too expensive. Unfortunately for 2 days no beer available at bar. We came home late from touring and the kitchen was closed. There was no place else close by to go without a long walk so we had nothing to eat one night. The rooms were great staff was nice but amenities were limited and too far from other services. We would choose elsewhere next time.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Dinner was disappointing, with many things, including drinks, not available. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Most of the staff were happy to help, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is a quick walk down a little hill to Orchard Road and the metro - Orchard station. The metro was very easy to navigate, and so clean!

Last minute booking and the hotel was excellent with accommodating us. Nice pool area, super friendly staff. Decor and rooms a little dated but spent most time out of it anyway. Great location. Would consider in future.

The hotel is in a really nice area,five minutes walk from Orchard Road. The rooms are big and clearly recently renovated but the carpet had big stains on the floor. It was very noisy due to the fact that they were renovating the bedroom next to ours. I was ill so contacted reception about the endless drilling and eventually it stopped. When we left, I mentioned it to the receptionist so as not to place anybody else in our room until the work was done and she very kindly offered us a grab to the airport as compensation for all the noise. The swimming pool was great and the bars also looked really nice, although we didn’t have drinks there.
