Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early at 12pm instead of normal 3pm. We really appreciate it because we arrived at 6am and need to rest asap. Room is very small which we know. It is clean and functional. Location is great, close to rochor mrt and Albert center (hawkers), as well as bugis street and junction (only 5 to 10 mins walk max). Overall we have enjoyed our stay here and thanks for the mother's day flowers 😄

We had a good 3 night stay. The rooms were on the smaller side (to be expected in a mega city). It was difficult to find a way to open both of our suitcases (some rearranging of furniture was required). The best part was the hotel is fairly new so all fixtures are modern and the room felt very clean. For the price, we could not complain. The pool area was nice. It was easy to get around with the Rochor metro station right there. Also walkable to the Albert Centre hawker stands and Little India.
