"The servers were horrible. It was hard to get service and there was no customers. The servers were just sitting at the bar. The cabanas were dirty with peoples cups and bottles. The food, room, and spa are over priced like US prices. The massage felt like someone rubbing lotion on me for 75 dollars. The rooms were at least clean but the rooms were really run down. Everything looked rundown. They also don’t have any hot water. The servers have their music blasting with profanity. I didn’t care but there was kids around. The servers seem like they don’t care about anything. I would say, the only good thing is that the rooms are clean and the food is decent. Just overpriced. Every bad post you see on here, is true. I would run away from here. You can find something better."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views overlooking Lake Ilopango. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Be prepared for a good stair workout, especially if your room is located near the pool, but the scenery makes it worth it. One of the highlights is the restaurant at the very top of the hotel, where you can enjoy incredible panoramic views across the lake while dining. A must-do experience is the ATV tour with Frankie. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and truly delivers an outstanding experience. Frankie is the perfect tour guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about showing guests the area. Highly recommended!"

"The room was so small the bed was clean but the bathroom were not that clean that sync was very old fashion a lot of dirt behind the toilet and the outside the room was not clean but I noticed other areas was in better shape but the room they gave me was in a area that was not in a good condition I left the same night and I did tell them about it but they didn’t say anything I did take some pictures if needed."
