"If you’re going there to get rest or just relax to just be aware they play music till 2 am everyday. Hardly got any sleep. There is no hot water. Also during the day the club is empty so the employees are just walking around starring at you when you’re in the pool. There is no beach access due to a bunch of rocks. On our last day there, they started playing music at 4:30 am and we can hear them talking loud. It was annoying and frustrating. "

"My daughter and I had the most amazing stay at Coco Surf Tropical Village. The location in La Libertad is exceptional—right on the beach, with stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The units are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The small community atmosphere makes it feel both cozy and welcoming. What truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Aura, the property manager, went above and beyond in every interaction. She checked in on us regularly, recommended fantastic restaurants, helped with translations, and even assisted with delivery orders. Her genuine care and attention made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout our stay. Aura also connected us with an outstanding driver, Socrates, who made exploring the area effortless. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, with excellent communication—always responsive, informative, and punctual. He took us to Café Albania, helped with local errands, provided translations, gave us a wonderful tour of San Salvador, and guided us to some of the best dining spots in the area. Aura and Socrates are truly two of the kindest people we have ever met, and they will always hold a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend staying here—come for the beautiful beachfront setting, and leave with unforgettable memories and connections."
