"Esté hotel me parecio muy lindo por foto pero en realidad es diferente me quede tres dias y nunca limpiaron , compre desayuno incluido el primer day todo bien ya el segundo en adelante le quitaron mas comida del plato q estaba ya el primer dia solo nos ofrecio cafe negro si era con leche tunia q pagar extra , tambien por jugo porq solo incluyo el primer dia ya despues no. Osea no lo recomiendo y no volveria a estar en lo absolution para nada el personal muy amable pero no estan apto para resolver estos inconvenientes lo único q me dijieron fue a cosina es otra administration y nosotras no podemos hacer nada."

"I got a 2 bed room for my dad & I, my bed had a stained sheet which I requested to be changed. The towels didn’t seem to clean either. We checked in really late at night and the staff at that time were great. The staff in the day had no attention to customer service and had a dry and almost angry attitude. This brought down my dad’s mood, luckily we only booked one night and left as soon as it was check out time. The information on Expedia does not match what staff say.. The address is not exactly correct. It’s off by a couple feet. The pool is not 24hrs. And check out is at 2pm. The “included” breakfast is just fruit or yogurt. Nothing like a traditional breakfast. The property is great but all things mentioned just dilute the whole experience. Would not return! "
