"The property looks nice, close to the airport. They have shuttle service for $10. The staff are nice, but there are some issue regarding this hotel. The room or property itself has a strong smell specially the room on the ground floor. We picked the room upstairs less smell, the door lock doesnt feel safe no double lock. Breakfast serve early 2 am. We did early breakfast unfortunately my husband got diarrhea after eating breakfast. The omelette he ordered was not properly cook, the plantain also not cook nicely, everything was greasy. For the past 11 days of our trip this restaurant only makes my husband sick"

"The swimming pool has lots of moss never clean. Outside the room is swimming pool and create so much noise. Also at night noise is terrible. Then I tried to call the whats app number, no one answer. No staff to help us. the restaurant the food is awful. Better to Malecon you have choices and fresh sea food. Breakfast at 8:30am, long time to wait. I go to Malecon for breakfast, they serve coffee immediately."

"This was one of the most enjoyable experience in El.Salvador. the hotel has an amazing ocean view, the staff at the restaurant was incredible, very friendly and served us well. Katia, Anderson, Gerson, Albert and Wilfredo really treated us like family during the 9 days we were there. Noemy, the maid in charge of cleaning our room was amazing clean everyday. There 3 pools at the property and were so much fun. I am coming back to this hotel and I highly recommend it."
