The place was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our group — it easily accommodated the 2 of us with its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 clean, well-maintained bathrooms. "IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...
