Lovely 3 Bedroom Ocean View Condo in the heart of Manta <br><br>

  • Have a great night sleep to the sound of the ocean. Breathtaking view of the beach. Located in the middle of restaurants and the nightlife. Steps away from the biggest mall in the city with plenty to see.

    The apartment is located in the building El Dorado II located at Calle M2 between 25 and 26 avenue. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place plus access to the beach and pool a few steps away.

    The private beach will lead you to Murciélago Beach within minutes. It’s in a walking distance.

    ***Presently, the pool is open daily with the exception of Thursday, for deep cleaning. The day can change depending on the need of the facility.***

    The apartment is located in a residential building and we need to keep the noise level reasonable and in a timely manner. WiFi is available. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
