"The location was 10 out of 10. The staff was super great and helpful. The views of the bay were awesome. The room itself just felt a little old/ outdated. The bathroom was a little worn as well (ceiling especially). Would stay there again, but, I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the room finishes."

"This property was a great option for our multi-generation family vacation. Laura was super communicative and responsive to questions. I was initially slightly hesitant about the basement room and bathroom, but it actually worked out great, and the bedroom still felt cozy enough. We very much appreciated all the beach towels, umbrella, and wagon which was a huge added convenience. The outdoor grill was excellent and easy to use. The location is perfect with multiple beaches nearby, a nice bike ride into Newport, and plenty of good food/cafe/activities in and around both Newport and Middletown. We couldn't have asked for anything more and had a wonderful week!"
