"The front desk staff was very good. Check-in and out were fast. The hotel is located at the intersection of several roads, so you can access the roads very quickly. The breakfast menu is regular, nothing special. The walls, floors, and doors are not soundproof. You can hear everything. I do not know if it was supposed to be like that, but our beds were not made during our stay. Garbage stayed in the garbage bins until our checkout. The dirty towels were removed from our room daily, but we had to ask the front desk person to give us new ones."

"The room smelled I stayed here Thursday through Sunday with my boyfriend, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the start. When we checked in, the employee at the front desk spoke to us like we were bothering him or like he had somewhere else to be, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. Once we got to the room, it smelled strange and did not feel clean at all. There was black debris or crumbs scattered around the floor, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The worst part was the bathroom situation. The first time I flushed the toilet, water shot out from the handle area, which was both disgusting and concerning. We also requested room service/housekeeping, and no one came for two days. We finally scheduled a cleaning for 12 PM, but housekeeping showed up at 9:43 AM before we were even ready to leave the room. We had to go back downstairs ourselves to reschedule. Again, no one showed up at the requested time. We eventually went out to eat, and when we came back the room had finally been cleaned, but by then we only had one night left, so there was really no point. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service expectations. Between the dirty room, the bathroom issue, and the lack of communication and follow-through from staff, this stay was far more stressful than relaxing. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."

"Reserved shuttle at hotel day before for 4:30 am to get to airport. Shuttle driver never arrived. Desk clerk was not very motivated to get someone fast for us. We walked 1/4 mile to airport over a highway in the dark. Terrible customer service"
