As returning guests, we always enjoy staying at this hotel. It has become one of our preferred choices whenever we visit the area for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Hannah, the General Manager, Lisa from the dining room team, and the lovely lady who takes care of keeping our room clean and tidy every day. Your kindness, attentiveness and efforts truly contributed to making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Your hard work is very much appreciated. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It is just a few minutes' walk from The Glasshouse, and with a bus stop only steps away, it is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting various attractions. Breakfast is reasonably good, and I particularly appreciate that some members of the staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team for making us feel welcome once again. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning!"
