"Reception staff were very friendly and chatty. Not in a hurry to get you moved on. Same when arrived as was when i left same young lady . Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable Second time here and will return. Highly recommend "

"As a family of four we shared a spacious family room. Some of the highlights were…. Beds comfy and plenty of towels. Lots of sockets for charging etc. breakfast was fab. Still and sparkling water in reception free of charge is a lovely touch. Pool facilities excellent and warm. Pool charging area fab. Lovely staff. We had a lovely time and hope to return. "

"We had a very comfortable, clean, spacious room overlooking the Millenium Bridge. We needed to be quiet, as we were attending a family funeral. And it was. The facilities in the room are excellent. You have everything you need and more. Watch out for extemely hot water in the shower. Also, we paid an extortionate amount of money for a 10/15 minute taxi ride which the hotel booked for us. I would suggest booking an Uber or Google a local company. Lastly, the food is delicious, but we thought quite expensive (there is a Prix Fixe menu). Our breakfast was included in our room rate, so was cost effective and excellent. We will definitely revisit Malmaison and do recommend. "

"Very handy location for the train station, the quayside and the city shopping centre. Great cafes nearby especially cafe Andaluz. Bed was a bit lumpy but room was lovely and quiet."

"The taxi and Uber pick up are out front and that was convenient. Upper floor was warm. Stay on lower floors. But fancy and regal and old fashioned. You can walk out the back door to the train station literally. Way Handy!"
