"Nice clean warm room, was a little bit of noise which was to be expected in the centre , it didn’t disturb us. Breakfast was nice and served tea/coffee at the table which was nice"

"The hotel is fab - check in was great - brilliant guy in the desk at 6pm last night. Same checkout wasn’t the same - same guy in but his younger colleague dealt with us - rude- didn’t look me in the eye once- carried on doing what he was doing on the computer. Very unhelpful re car park situation- as was the female I spoke to on Thursday night about where to park and discounts. Never told you had to pre book in Q park to qualify for discount. Nothing re such in entrance to car park which welcomes guests from the Maldron- only fund out no discounts when checking out and then a big sign in the Q park pay machine!! Please be more informative and helpful to your guests! "

"Great hotel in a good location. Helpful stafff. Spacious and comfortable room. Only issue was that the restraunt was closed due to a private party until quite late. Wasn't informed during checkin which would have been nice. Plenty of places to eat across the river though."

"Another lovely stay in a Premium Room. Ground floor room with views onto the golf course and patio doors leading out in to a small open terrace. Lovely bathroom with deep freestanding bath and a separate powerful shower. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful meal in The Rib Room. Both hotel and restaurant staff helpful and welcoming."

"The staff are very helpful and friendly and good at their jobs including reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
