Good Value for the Money
I had a good experience staying at the hotel. My only disappointment was that several venues at the hotel (swimming pool; spa; health club; bar) were closed due to COVID-19 or for renovation. However, the room was available at a discounted price and was more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very disappointed
My name is Ismahan Elmi as a disable person I was very disappointed since they don’t have any disable shower unles you book a luxury room. I had a fall in the bathtub and strangled to come out of it, when I asked to change room they told me they don’t have any. Thank good I was hurt and nobody come to check on me.

It’s an old hotel . Too much noise is coming to the rooms from the two night clubs of the hotel.

Very poor pool area. Not enough seats or beds to go around. Very poor wine selection. Wine by the bottle overpriced, matching prices of some 5 star restaurants and hotels. Won't stay again.

Overnight stay
While I only stayed overnight on this occasion, I am impressed by how helpful the staff are particularly the manager at the reception desk and the lovely man who helped carry out my luggage....Warm and friendly and efficient.

Staff were really good and helpful but the hotel needs lot of work to be done like the lift buttons press the button for the lifts but the opposite lift gets operated not the one which we need. room windows needs repair,washbasin needs repairs and lot more etc.

My new Dubai go to Hotel
Sea View Hotel is in a good location. Train connection is not to far of a walk. (Suggest to ALWAYS get a GOLD all day or month pass) Everything is in the Hotel. Not a huge fan of all the India cuisine. But, I spend a Great Deal of time working in the middle east. Would be nice to have more of a variety. Room was ok. Small and outlet locations not the best. Layout and signage of hotel a challenge. "Map" would be useful. Staff was excellent!, Helpful, friendly, they provide much information...... to much to gather at one time. Honestly...... I will be returning this will probably be my Dubai choice of hotel ..... if given a choice or I book on my own. Still have problems with Hotels.com service and criteria choices.
