The Biltmore Los Angeles

4/10 Poor

"For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple hours later to retrieve our luggage. We approached staff at the front desk as we had time limitations but they were dismissive and couldn’t really care. Opulent hotel but don’t recommend it."

"My daughter I stayed here just for 1 night which I wish it was more! Beautiful hotel beautiful staff from the time we arrived until we departed! We were here for a comedy show in LA and I have to tell you I can’t wait till we come back ! We didn’t get to experience the restaurants since it was a short stay! But I was so impressed with the room and staff , thank you for your great hospitality it was much appreciated👏👏👏"

"As always, my family and I had a wonderful stay at the Level. The suite is so perfect for our needs with the full kitchen and w/d, the amenities are excellent and well maintained. Probably one of the best parts of the stay are the helpful staff. Big shout out to Isiah and Johnny at the front desk who dealt with the issue of the broken window blind by upgrading us to another suite and to manager Hadi for also dealing with some other requests. Will always choose the Level when we are in LA!"
