"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. "Loved this property! The staff was excellent! Breakfast was so convenient to have on the property before we started a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel was so convenient to everything - great location. Only thing I didn't like was couldn't control the air conditioning - it was set at a certain temperature and I enjoy a much cooler room. "This is in a very good location. It is near in some of the Landmarks in Barcelona and is in a walking distance. There are so many shops and Restaurant around the area. The rooms are OK it's clean the only downside is that there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.Breakfast could at least be served with baked beans also the tomatoes are served whole instead of slices.The area felt safe.The staff are OK but does not entertain guest nicely and don't really feel welcome.It's like they are there to do...
