"Royal Ramblas location is perfect . Close to everything and super convenient as you can reach other part of the city via metro. Food around the area are plenty and great quality. Definitely worth staying here instead of those fancy hotels. "

"We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "
