I am not sure whether it was coming from the construction site next to the hotel. Our request to change the room we stayed in on the first night due to the noise was immediately accepted. We were very pleased with their understanding and quick response regarding this matter. In terms of location, I believe this hotel was the right choice, as it is within walking distance of many key places."

Hint...if using Black and Yellow taxi...instruct taxi to drop you in front of hotel...not in the square. From the cruise port to Rialto, Gothic Quarter, should be under 30 and dropped at front door. Live and learn! :) They were very fast , no wait, short drive."
